Notice of Public Hearing City of Red Lake Falls Planning and Zoning July 9th, 2007 6:00 p.m.
The City of Red Lake Falls will hold a public hearing on July 9th, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the City Hall, Red Lake Falls, Minnesota to hear persons for and against the following:
LANDS TO BE VACATED IN KRETZSCHMAR'S ADDITION TO RED LAKE FALLS Platted lands located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 151 North, Range 44 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Red Lake Falls, Red Lake County, Minnesota; and being further described as all of the platted lots, blocks, alleys, and roadways within KRETZSCHMAR'S ADDITION TO RED LAKE FALLS, according to the recorded plat thereof, as shown on the attached Exhibit A, and bounded as follows: On the north by the north line of Blocks 81, 80, and 79 and its easterly extension. On the east by the platted centerline of Reynolds Avenue. On the south by the south line of the said Northwest Quarter of Section 23. On the west by the west line of the platted alleys lying within Blocks 81, 92, and 101.
